At Providence Place, we offer federally subsidized apartments for seniors age 62 and older. Eligibility and rental rates are based on household income and other qualifying factors. With incredible amenities, easy access, and a great neighborhood, we promise you won’t be disappointed here.

Applications are accepted at the Rental Office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
