At Farrell-Bell, we offer federally subsidized apartments for seniors age 62 and older. Eligibility and rental rates are based on household income and other qualifying factors. With incredible amenities, easy access, and a great neighborhood, we promise you won’t be disappointed here.

Applications are accepted at the Rental Office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
